This slide dates from September 1965 and is labeled ‘Vienna’ (?).
Thankfully, the Internet, along with the phrase across the top of the building “Academie Nationale De Musique” tells us that this is Palais Garnier, or Opéra de Paris, building. The building was built between 1861 and 1875, and designed by Charles Garnier. It is the primary home of the Paris Opera, and until 1989, hosted the Paris Opera Ballet.
