Unknown late 1800s woman

I don’t remember where I came across this photo. It’s unlabeled, so we’ll probably never know who she was. Interesting to me from a technical perspective is how blown out the light is. I wonder if that was on purpose or an accident.

The embossed writing says “Marceau Power” “Paris Panel” “36 & 38 N. Illinois N. Indianapolis”. Internet says about 1880s there was a Marceau & Power Photography at 40 N Illinois, so they were likely the photographer(s) here.
