The exact location, or even country, of this picture is unknown. The slide is totally unlabeled other then the printing date of October 1961. There seems to be a church and a castle of some sort in the picture, along with some vintage cars.
Unknown Harbor Scene – 1961. Slide is unlabeled, except for October 1961. The building in the background should be easily recognizable with those Roman Columns.
I love these two photos. I do not know who the kid is, but I find it interesting that he’s all dressed for the cold in the one picture but there is a guy in the background wearing a short sleeved shirt.
Photos are dated August 1962.
This slide dates from September 1965 and is labeled ‘Vienna’ (?).

From famine and disease to relations with the natives quickly soured and led to the annexation of the Paspahegh tribe.
The 150 colonists arrived in [...]
The Altare della Patria (Altar of the Fatherland) is also known as Monumento Nazionale a Vittorio Emanuele II (National Monument to Victor Emmanuel II.) In fact, the slide is labeled the later.
It was built to honor Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of united Italy. He was crowned King on March 17, 1861 and held the post until his death on [...]
